Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered products.
- Customized or personalized jewellery is not eligible for refunds unless it arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery

- Gift cards or vouchers
Shipping Charges
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- In case of a refund, only the product cost will be refunded.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
